REGULATIONS

By filling in the application form, the student agrees to all of the regulations listed below:


  1. The student will have lessons at his/her preferred location which has access to the instrument that he/she will need for his/her lesson and a stable internet connection for the lessons and lectures as well. It is not SIMA Classics Junior Department's responsibility to provide the student with the instrument and location of the Masterclass with a stable internet connection.

  2. The programs will be renewed every month unless there will be 15 days of notice before the termination date.

  3. The student must understand to never share the passcode of Zoom lesson rooms. If a student shares the passcode without the knowledge and the permission of SIMA Classics Junior Department, the student will be expelled from the Masterclass without any refund.

  4. The payment must be submitted in advance before the given dates by SIMA Classics. 

  5. The payment for the masterclass is non-refundable after the application has been submitted.

  6. The student is responsible for his/her attendance. If the student cannot attend a lesson, he/she must notify SIMA Classics (simaclassics@gmail.com) at least 72 hours in advance. If there is a medical emergency, a written note from a doctor can be substituted for advance notice, and the student will not be penalised. Otherwise, the student will still be charged for the missed lesson.

  7.  In case of cancellation of the masterclass due to a natural disaster, war, riot, political conflicts, national emergency, illness and injuries certified by the public health officer or by a similar official certification, or any other similar or dissimilar cause beyond reasonable control, the entire fee of the masterclass will be refunded after a committee review.
