REGULATIONS

By filling in the application form, the student agrees to all of the regulations listed below:

 

  1. The participant understands that the recording has to be original, specifically made for the competition. The recording must show face and hands. The recording must not have any edits.

  2. The participant understands that he/she must enter the correct category for age and instrument. If the application shows false information, the application will not be accepted and there will be no refund for the application fee.

  3. The payment must be submitted after the confirmation email. The application will not be accepted if the participant fails to transfer payment after the 15 days of submitting the application.

  4. The payment for the competition is non-refundable after the application has been submitted.

  5. The participant, who has received the prize in the competition, is responsible for his/her attendance at the winner’s concert in September 2021. If the student cannot attend the concert, he/she must notify SIMA Classics (simaclassics@gmail.com) when the result is announced. If there is a medical emergency, a written note from a doctor can be substituted for advance notice, and the participant will not be penalised. Otherwise, the prize and certificate will not be granted to the participant.

  6.  In case of cancellation of the competition due to a natural disaster, war, riot, political conflicts, national emergency, illness and injuries certified by the public health officer or by a similar official certification, or any other similar or dissimilar cause beyond reasonable control, the entire fee of the competition will be refunded after a committee review.
